Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities

Work with the agent and agent's team to learn the multi-line retail insurance business from the ground up.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and service a very mature book of business. The position allows for growth in all areas of personal and commercial insurance products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

Degree (2 or 4year) and/or Oklahoma property and casualty insurance license

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
